Carol Ann Little, age 85, of Athens, died Thursday, August 11, 2022 at OhioHealth O'Bleness Hospital, Athens.  Born April 16, 1937 in Athens County, she is the daughter of the late Clarence John Green and Primrose Hawk Green.

She was a former resident of Columbus, Newark, Tulsa, OK, Pryor, OK and returned to Athens in 2006.  She enjoyed music and singing, whether in church or with her prison ministry.

Carol is survived by her husband, Allen R. "Al" Little; two daughters Dina Eaton and Jill Deel; four grandchildren, Heather Casino, Hannah Deel, Jonathan Eaton and Kayla Walkup; great granddaughter, Claire Casino.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, William H. Thompson; her daughter, Margaret Carol Walkup; and her son, William Thompson.  Per Carol's request, no services will be observed.  Cremation will take place and her ashes scattered at Graham's Chapel Church Cemetery.  Arrangements are with Jagers & Sons Funeral Home, Athens.  Please share a memory, a note of condolence or sign the online register at www.jagersfuneralhome.com.
