Floyd Thomas Jeffers, age 74 of Athens and Canal Fulton, died after a battle with lung cancer on August 21, 2018, with his family by his side. Born July 19, 1944 in Athens, he was the son of the late Franklin C. & Mildred Ruth Jeffers.
