Lynda L. Mash, age 70 of New Marshfield, died early Wednesday morning, Dec. 5, 2018 at Hickory Creek of Athens. Born Sept. 15, 1948 in Athens, she was the daughter of the late Garrett H. Hudnell & Beatrice L. Sager Hudnell.  She was raised by Don & Lydia Coil Hudnell.

A graduate of Alexander High School, she had been employed with food service at Ohio University at the Central Kitchen.  She was a former member of the W. State St. Baptist Church and the West Side Council, where she worked to have sidewalks installed on W. State St.

Lynda is survived by a daughter, Lori (Phillip) Jones of The Plains; a son, Kenneth (Anna) Mash of The Plains; ten grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and a special friend, Betsy Cain of Hickory Creek, The Plains.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L.
