Nancy L. Wolfe, 88, of Athens passed away, Sunday, May 25, 2025 at her home.  Born October 16, 1936 in Athens, she was the daughter of the late Charles E. Bail and Lucille A. Risley Bail.

A graduate of Athens High School, she was employed at The Pharmacy on W. Union St. in Athens and the Pharmacy at the Athens Mental Health Center.  She enjoyed crafts, quilting, gardening, canning, and cooking family meals.

Nancy is survived by her two sons, Michael Wolfe of Athens and Scott (Tamara) Wolfe of Albany; five grandchildren, Amber Brown, Sage Wolfe, Zach Wolfe, Michael Wolfe and Tyler Wolfe; six great grandchildren, Ariela, Maximus, Jackson, Kenton, Sierra and Abigail; two great, great grandchildren, Aureal and Johnny; two sisters, Donna Tedrow of Athens and Clara Rowan of Albany; and two sisters in law, Judy Bail and Ruth Bail both of Athens.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by three brothers, Charles "Buzz" Bail, Jr,, Frank "Jerry" Bail and John Bail; and a sister in law, Martha Bail.
