Patricia Ann Wagoner, age 81, formerly of Athens, died December 31, 2024 at Arbors at Pomeroy.  Born July 27, 1943 in Johnstown, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late James & Catherine Bellar.

Pat had worked as a parking meter attendant, telephone company, Middleton Doll Factory and as a State Tested Nursing Assistant.

She is survived by a brother, Richard; a daughter, Sharon; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and two dear friends, Esther and Diana.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by a grandson, Jess Webb; and two brothers, Ted and Robert Bellar.
