Thomas Andrew Cullums, age 63 of The Plains, died Monday, June 18, 2018 at OhioHealth O'Bleness Hospital, Athens. Born Nov. 25, 1954 in Athens, he is the son of Opal King Cullums of Guysville and the late Orland R. Cullums.

A graduate of Athens High School, he was employed as an automobile mechanic and in construction.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his longtime companion, Charlotte Buck; a daughter, Andrea (Curtis) Deck of Michigan; a son, Thomas Daniel Cullums and his companion, Mariah Losey of Shade; four grandchildren; three sisters, Leila Cullums of New Marshfield, Mary Cullums of Shade and Leonda McDaniel of Guysville; and a special friend, Mimi Hart.
